Meet Heidi Smoot
Hello, my name is Heidi Smoot and I want your vote for North Salt Lake City Council. My husband Shandell and I have called North Salt Lake home for 26 years, and we have raised our four children here, all proud Woods Cross High graduates. I love this city’s small-town charm, its easy access to trails, downtown, and the airport, but most of all, I love the people. As a former public-school teacher and current member of both the Bountiful Davis Arts and North Salt Lake Arts Councils, I want to continue to enrich our community through public service on the city council. I believe in preserving what makes North Salt Lake special, while planning responsibly for the future. I’m committed to
fiscally sound decisions, clean and safe communities,
great roads and parks, family-centered values, and
ensuring our city remains a place where everyone
feels welcome to live and raise their families.
